I’m Lucy Cronly, an accredited life and leadership coach registered with WACN. I am trained in systemic family therapy, leadership creativity and innovation and building workplace resilience. In developing my work I combine neuroscience insights, holistic coaching techniques, systemic practice and my own journey to help people and leaders pause, reflect and reconnect with their inner wisdom. I love the use of metaphors to understand complex ideas and make them accessible. This led to my book which tells stories about shoes to access your thinking and ask thoughtful questions with curiosity, empathy and humour.
My purpose:
To listen with heart, head & gut, enabling you to clarify what truly matters.
To create a kind, courageous space for self-discovery and growth.
To guide you in aligning thinking, feeling and action so you lead and live more intentionally.
What I bring to the table:
Neuroscience-informed coaching, turning insights into meaningful change.
Experience coaching across life, leadership, and diverse teams.
Author of The Right Shoes – A Journey of Self-Discovery and Meaningful Connections, where I weave neuroscience with everyday stories to spark depth and purpose.
A proven track record of empowering clients to shift from stress to confidence, self-criticism to self-compassion, and burnout to balance.
Who benefit most:
Individuals seeking clarity, purpose or a more intentional life.
Leaders aiming for confident decision-making and emotionally intelligent leadership.
Teams ready to enhance collaboration, resilience and psychological safety.
Let’s take that pause. Whether you’re navigating big life shifts, seeking deeper self-connection, or aiming to amplify your leadership presence, I’ll walk beside you.
